1. What happens if I am late to start my appointment?

If you are late, the session may still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. You will be charged for the full session. To get the most out of your appointment, please be ready to start on time or a few minutes early.

2. What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. If you reschedule within 24 hours, there may be a fee. This policy ensures I can offer the slot to another client and maintain a fair schedule.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session price. No-shows are charged the full session rate. This helps me manage my schedule and respect the time set aside for your appointment.

4. Do you offer mobile massage services?

Yes, I offer mobile massage within a specific radius in Austin, TX. A premium is already included for mobile services due to travel time and setup. Locations outside this radius may incur an additional travel fee.

5. What should I do if I have a medical condition?
If you have a medical condition, injury, or recent surgery, it’s important to inform me before your appointment. Some conditions may require modifications to the massage or, in rare cases, may not be suitable for massage therapy.

6. Can I change the session length during the appointment?
It’s best to decide on the session length beforehand. However, if time allows and you want to extend your session, I can accommodate that. Shortening the session on the spot might not always be possible without sufficient notice.

7. Can someone be present with me to my appointment?

Due to the private nature of massage, it’s generally best to secure a secluded area to ensure a peaceful environment. Exceptions can be made for minors or those requiring assistance.

8. What if I’m not satisfied with my massage?
I aim for all clients to leave feeling better than when they arrived. If you’re not satisfied with your massage, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue and ensure you have a positive experience moving forward.

9. Are gift certificates refundable?
Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you are unable to use your gift certificate, you may pass it on to a friend or family member.

10. How do I pay for my session?
I accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Paypal, or Cash. Payment is due at the time of your session. If you’re purchasing a package or gift certificate, we can arrange payment in advance.

11. Can I request a same-day appointment?

Same-day appointments may be available, but it’s best to book at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred time. If I am fully booked, I’ll do my best to accommodate you at the earliest availability.

12. Do you offer services for special events or unique requests?

Yes, I am open to collaborating on any special events or unique requests. My offerings include workshops, guided meditations, wellness coaching and more.
